In this video, I take you behind the scenes of my latest Red Bull Athlete shoot featuring World Champion BMX rider, Matthias Dandois. I'll go through exactly what I'm doing for each shot as far as the technical aspects such as lighting, composition and camera settings as well as some other bts skills like working, positioning and communicating with the athlete.
