It hit home when you said you probably wouldn't have been able to talk if it were you and your friends. If you noticed, Jungkook couldn't talk. He's usually really playful with Jin. They all helped raise JK through his adolescence, but Jin in particular took him under his wing. You'll see in BTS introductory videos that they talk about how their company wasn't doing well to start, near bankruptcy. I believe Jin is the only one that came from a wealthy family. I have read that he bought them meals and really helped them out a lot when they were getting started. I've seen old KZfaq videos of Jungkook asking Jin to buy him noodles. Well, Jin saying something about eating noodles somewhere and little JK getting excited and asking if he was buying 😂 so sweet 💜 You guys should also react to Jin's song Epiphany! It's also a favorite of Army! I would suggest a live version with subtitles. The one where he has purple hair is a personal favorite and the stage mix version is really good as well. The music video isn't the full song and as you'll see, Jin kills live performances 💜

We miss him a lot but it helps that Jin took some time to pre-record a few short clips for us. BigHit have released 1 each month so that we have something new to watch so we can still feel a bit connected when he chats to us. They also released a photo recently of Jin getting his first post-100 day vacation that recruits get as a reward so they can go see family. He went to Harry Styles's concert with the members so we're glad he had some time to have fun and reconnect and maybe rest a bit with his friends and family. I'm looking forward to his return. I think he was one of the ones we worried about the most since he's so sensitive to cold and he was being stationed in the coldest area in South Korea during December when it was supposed to be the coldest. It's a relief that he got through it okay and excelled in his training.

It's a long comment so I understand if you don't read it but In case someone want to know, here's some info about Jin in the military: Based on Military Training Center training period is 5 - 6 weeks. In this period he underwent the painful chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) training in the army. Also, undertake live-fire drills and went on a 20km loaded march. A lot of people try to avoid some of these and people in Korean praised Jin for being exposed to tear gas. During this time he became "Company commander" of his squad (200 people) and was chosen among many by his skills. After that training period, he became officially the "Assistant drill instructor." That means that Jin was in charge of leading the next novice recruits that arrived to the military center. The process of selecting this position is the apprentices that stand out in many aspects and is based on the good history of each apprentice with a remarkable performance in the field of ability and he also got an interview for this position. 😌 As an assistant drill instructor, he had to wake up early, go to bed late, and take care of all kinds of stuff. Because of this duty Jin gets more days of vacation than the other people. Now he's promoted to Private First Class! Jin's mark of rank on his chest will be switched to a two-striped badge and he will be discharge until he gets the Sergeant rank. (4 striped badge). So basically, Assistant instructor is a job duty that he'll maintain for the duration of his service period. All active duty soldiers serving for the full 18 months will have the same rank schedule until they get discharged regardless of their job duty unless they have special circumstances. Fun fact: A while ago Korean citizens were calling Seokjin Captain Korea because he's doing really good lol

Jin isn't the one to give up, even in the harshest circumstances. He's been praised by his supervisors and showed his grit and determination in training. It's gonna be okay, I know it!! I already went through the enlistment period with another group, Exo, and I just feel so proud of my boys. Bts too, will return stronger than ever.

June 12, 2024 Jin will be released from duty. J-Hope is next, he won't tell us the date. We will know probaby a few days before. He said he will come back to Weverse and do a livetream with us before he goes. Around 2025 is when they will come back together as a group. I don't think we will get a comeback until around 2026. I'm starting to save now.

This is BTS at a White House Press Conference. This was during Asian History month. I was so proud of our boys. next to enlist is j-hope in April I think. he said he already has the date of his enlistment 😔🥺

Jin is now the recruit assistant trainer... so he gets to remain at the training camp...he will be there for Hobi ... maybe also for RM... I'm hoping that Hobi or RM will also pass the Assistant test and will be there for the maknae once Jin is released... that would be awesome .... Yoongi is doing community service due to his shoulder surgery so I'm not sure where he will serve his time or if it's the same length. I'm assuming it will also be 18mths.
