The most important thing to remember this is NOT THEIR CONCERT. It's an award show they do not get ticket sales.

What blew me away the most is at the part of the last performance their energy suddenly quadrupled after a 47 min INTENSE performance fast paced dance breaks hard singing, like they were putting every last bit of human energy they had so they can just collapse behind the scenes at the same time the second the lights turn off. They dedicated everything TILL THE LAST SECONDS. didn't let anyone see how exhausted they were. Monsters.

MIKROKOSMOS one of my favorite song. Gosh i love them so much that it makes me teary eyed when I'm watching them enjoying themselves. Thankyou for your reaction guys! We appreciate it! Idk if someone had already explained to you guys. The Map of the Soul (MOTS) albums are based on Carl Jung's (a Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst who founded analytical psychology) work. MOTS explains that there are facets to a human's personality, which are Persona, Ego, and Shadow. And these concept has been elaborated into 3 albums by BTS (MOTS: 7, MOTS: Persona, MOTS: 7 - the Journey), with songs of Persona, Shadow, and Ego in them.

Fun fact: When they shot the "sleeping" teaser at the beginning, Taehyung was really sleeping through it LOL And when Dionysus is performed, did you notice that there are two parts featuring lowest bass voice followed by high pitched tenor voice? Both are Taehyung's and Jin's. They can switch from the lowest to the highest range in an instant. Their ranges are amazing!

Dionysus, the last song is a composition by jhope, its his work... I just love bts's versatility. All the songs in the 7 members individual showcase are older bts songs remixed as a different genre.

The solos were actually remixes of BTS songs, so you heard tons of their discography in this performance. And yet didn't scratch the surface :) - V's solo was No More Dream - Jin's was Danger - Jimin's was I Need U - Suga's was Fire - Jungkook's was Save Me - j-hope's was Fake Love - RM's was the intro for Dionysus Also, during Dionysus, in the long-table breakdown, the song there was called N.O.

I read somewhere that the other companies didn’t want to send their groups to the show that year because they knew BTS was going to win everything. So the show asked BTS to do an extended performance to make up for the groups who didn’t come and pretty much gave them whatever budget they wanted. Hence one of the greatest award show/mini concerts of all-time.
