This is such a childhood memories. 雞蛋仔 Bubble waffle is originated from Hong Kong. It's a super famous street food. It used to be only the original flavors, now we have more flavors. In this video, we are making 3 different flavors.
Ingredients:
1 cup and 2 Tbsp All-Purpose flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
3 Tbsp and 1.5 tsp Tapioca Starch
1 Tbsp Custar powder
2 Large Eggs
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp Condense Milk
1 Tbsp and 2.25 tsp Evaporated Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp Melted Butter.

you Evap Milk in the video is 3/4 Cup but your description is 1 Tbsp and 2.25 tsp . is 3/4 cup the correct amount?

@@margotrobbie8582 I have measuring spoon for 1/4 cup and .25 tsp. Although one cup is 8 ozs so 2 oz is 1/4 cup.

your mix is to thick and you overcooked the first one
