@@MadAudiofficial I find that whilst really detailed speakers sound engaging on first listen, over the long term I lose interest in their tone and timbre. I also find that more revealing sounding designs tend to work good with a narrower swathe of musical genres, they can sound thinner with orchestral music for example.

A video i think you could do is on different pricing on audio/ hi-fi brands. Some brands have similar pricing for example in us and eu. Some are cheaper in eu, some cheaper in us. (some cost around the same price too) I as an ue resident have learned that a lot of european brands are better value solely because they are a lot cheaper here than for example us brands where i automatically pay more than an us customer.

The SVS Ultra Evolution bookshelf speaker sounds better than the towers. I was on the fence and steered away from the towers.

I think each offers a different flavor that appeals to the listener. SF I guess known for smoothness with a bit of treble airiness, B S400 with alot of bass (doesn't appeal to me), Kef LS50 with its mids and SVS with bass accentuation and a bit more highs to do well with home theater and still good with music. I prefer small monitors with a sub just adding a bit of bass for balance not impact so I am interested in the Ultra Nano myself. The issue is how it will sound at lower SPLs being 85dB. I think it still needs a bit of power to not sound flat and dull though, just guessing. I had Deftech SM45s which sounded quite nice, but not the most transparent on a hegel160 but on lower powered amps it was dull and flat stage sounding. Definitely needed current. If the Ultra nano does decent at lower volumes witha 40 to 50 watt quality amp, it would make a nice compact system which is what I shoot for now. Using a Keces e40 with Dali Opticon 1 MK1 and Topping D70s with really good results and while not the best at lower SPLs, better than most. given its size, no complaints. So moving up a notch in performance for both movies and music could be an ultra nano with or without a sub. There are a few others as well namely the Closer OGY which is double the price but between the two, a give and take from certain areas against another. The OGY definitely would play well at lower SPLs and I do not need to listen to loud levels. There are a few other speakers as well and there will always be something new coming out, but if something works well enough. The hegel with the small Opticon adds livliness, a bit more resolution in the mids and highs giving a sharper and faster rendition to piano strikes while the smaller amp rounds a bit. Both nice, both different but I want to downsize. I think if the smaller ultra retains the qualities of its larger sibling and does well at lower volumes, it could be the next step up. Wish it was offered in a walnut veneer.

@@paulmastermann2200 P300 is the one that overall gives me more satisfaction, probably cause is working really well at low volumes, in this track in particular my take is between Sonus and SVS, still analysing SVS so you will have to wait my review. But is coming soon🤞🏾
