I 100% agree with Stacey King. Clean hard foul at the start. But that follow through with the left hand and the hard swipe with the right make this a dirty and dangerous play. I'm unsure if suspension is warranted(maybe 1 or 2 games), but certainly a fine.

There's a reason why we issue punishments, it's to dissuade people from doing dirty things. And for good reason- you don't want to incentivize people to being able to greatly hinder someone's career and get off easy for it. 1 day punishment? Come playoffs should we just take every chance we get to take out and attempt to injure every star player? Is that something you want? Personally, I want to see stars play Basketball. If this was the D Rose Bulls best believe Grayson would have had Nazzir to deal with or Keith Bogans. Kid is a straight punk, I wish he would do that type of ish outside of a arena with security. I think the NBA has the right to suspend a player for more games especially if it is a Flagrant 2 which causes an injury. such as a fracture..let's say the injury would take 6-8 weeks then the suspension should automatically be at least 10 games...20 games if it would take 3-4 months.

allen has a history of making dirty plays. but this was just a block attempt gone wrong. you're taught to never give someone an easy basket, allen thought he could block the ball and so swung hard, his arm got caught up in caruso's arm, so with allen's momentum and caruso's momentum collided it caused caruso to spin in the air. it was a hard foul but wasn't "diry"

That’s some shit right there - this Grayson dude is a hazard! A defender jumping sideways in the path of an offensive player full bore to the basket in attempt to “slam” offensive player- then pulls at the guy’s arms to knock him off balance… damn!! A hard foul is one thing - but this was an apparent attempt to inflict harm. 🤨

I think everything that made Grayson Allen a villain in the eyes of basketball fans from his college days upto the present were in full display here, the hard foul, the lack of concern for his opponent and lastly the goofing off or giggling with team mates after what he had just done to get an F2 is making the more emotional and empathic fans boil even more in anger towards him. We shouldn't be surprised in the near future when karma hits him in the form of another player doing him dirty or an angry fan doing something stupid to him. All in all his lack of discpline to manage the way he makes contact during fouling opponents and his lack of empathy, laughing or giggling after this ultra aggressive hard fouls that make other players he fouled fall dangerously with no assistance from him as they go down almost make him like a psychopath. Karma comes and it will hit hard.

This Bulls team was put together just this past summer. The reason why Bulls' players are not retaliating or getting in Grayson Allen's face is because they just don't know each other like that. If this were a veteran team or had the players played together longer then you might have seen the Bulls fight back. Just for those wondering why no one on the Bulls did anything.

Their are unwritten rules in all of sports on dirty players and plays. Boxing: keep punching my gonads, I bite your ear. Baseball: Bean my guy more than once, pick-um cause somebodies gotta duck! Hockey: A dirty play is instantly met with boxing lessons.Football: Get ready for a brawl or that player will pay later in the game.Basketball can go in various ways, from an instant attack of the offender to a very hard foul for that player later on in the game and all games after......legally😏I am disappointed that not one teammate went after that guy to let him know he crossed the line! Go Bulls!
