This is purely a fan made video this is not official i decided to put together an edited version of If I only had a heart from the wizard of oz a favorite movie of mine and my moms i found out that buddy ebsen was in it originally and had recorded a version so i did an amatuer audio edit and pasted Ebsens rendition with Jack Haleys who was the tin man in the final cut of the movie, not to play favorites even though no footage exists i do believe that buddy could have made a good tin man if not for his illness that forced him out of the movie its got a few jump cuts and the vocals are mostly buddys thats because his version was easier to cut than haleys due to their styles of singing it, buddys is more casual and straight forward whilst jacks was more theatrical and emphasized in delivery

copyright MGM and hope everyone understands this is fan made and doesnt take it seriously like the hanging munchkin video and hopefully doesnt let moments the editing and pasting is more noticeable take away the i hope enjoyment of the point at hand

I have nothing against Buddy Ebsen but Jack Haley had the childlike kindness in his voice that this role needed

This is quite interesting - It's too bad that Buddy Ebsen got so ill and couldn't go on in the role, it would have been a great role for him, not to detract in any way from Jack Haley's interpretation of the character - thank you for this, it was very creative ~

appreciate the comment sorry didnt have time to reply due to irl stuff thanks for the good review yeh the beverly hillbillies was a favorite of my grandpas as hes from the south so i was familiar with the buddy ebsen roles he was in i do think based on roles i have seen buddy do that he wouldve made a great nick chopper this was hard to do due to jack haleys more theatrical delivery of his rendition and buddys being more or less straight forward casual singing so i did have to use mostly buddys with the instrumental passages and final lines being jacks and vocals being hard to isolate but id say i did ok with what i could do . i suppose we could be thankful the buddy is somewhat still in the movie during the were off to see the wizard reprises

just saw yeah i will have a look it depends on what can be done with basic software haha this was only able to be done because of jack haleys lines ending perfectly with buddys beginnings haha it wouldnt have sounded good if jack started singing and buddy finished the lines due to how they sang it i'll consider it a request to do when i have the time
