Please compare $ rate of 2014 and 2024 ? Dollar was about or less than Rs.100/-, if property is doubled, dollar is trippled, mean about 30% net loss of investment.

My calculation is, Pak Real Estate is "no go area" as investment especially for Overseas Pakistanies. Triple taxes and devaluation of currency is guaranteed earnings deficit.

For God sake brother...why all real estate brokers/agents are same...always mislead people just for the sake of some profit....please start speaking the truth....it is not particularly only about you, I am talking about 90% of agents jo sirf mislead karte hain, khama ka ki excitement create karne ki koshish karte hain...they arrange plot for you at very high rate and jaab wohi sell karne ka kaho tu they say "market bht down hai"

Capital Gain Tax will be imposed on property bought after or on 01, July 2024. BUT Property, which was bought before the above said date, the old FBR policy or law is still valid.

I think Oversees pakistanis should invest in Pakistsn stock exchange and mutual funds through roshan digital accounts and enjoy tax exemptions. Its better to invest and earn bigger rather than investing in property/real estate.

CGT 15% on filer and 45% on non filer is only imposed on immoveable property(non transferable property)like plot files and other non transferable property,its not imposed on transferable property!

CGT on filer 15% irrespective of holding time, is the worst condition imposed on sell, if anyone has purchased plot about 7years agos and if he transferred from one station to another and finally anyone convert the plot from one city to another after July, seller has to pay 15% CGt, please reply on it.

Is the new 15% flat CGT, regardless of holding period, applicable only on the property bought on or after 1st July 2024? If someone has bought a property, say in 1980 for 5 lac which is now 5 crore 5 lac, will they also have to pay 15% on 5 crore?

Logical analysis. Taxes proposed on property are excessive and are not sustainable. If imposed then whoke cibstryctikn market dhall collapse remittances shl drastically reduce as people would invest outside. And this will be highly damaging for coubtry.These shall be revised, I assure you.

آپ کیسے کہہ رھے ہیں کہ بجٹ کے بعد پراپرٹی پہ خریدار اور بیچنے والے کیلئے کوئی خاص فرق نہیں پڑا۔۔ اچھا خاصہ فرق پڑا ھے۔۔ دونوں 236 C and 236 K اور کیپٹل گین ٹیکس اور نان فایئلر پہ 45% جبکہ فایئلر پہ 15% ھے۔۔ آپ کچھ اور تشریح فرما رھے ہیں۔ پراپرٹی کی خرید و فروخت۔۔ اور اس پورے کاروبار کی تبہائی پھیر دی گئی ھے۔ نوٹیفکیشن ھونے دیں۔۔ پھر اپنی انٹرپریٹیش کیجئے گا۔ شکریہ
