شپ نے پہلی وڈیو دسمبر 2023 میں کی جب پانی سر سے گذر چکا تھا ۔ باقی آپ درست فرما رہے ہیں ڈیولپرز جنہوں نے بلڈنگز مکمل بھی کر لی تھیں وہ خود بہت زیادہ کرایہ پر لے لیں ۔ یہ گیم 2021 سے جاری تھا 2023 کے اوائل سے ہی پراپرٹی بزنس کو جھٹکے لگنے شروع ہو گئے اور تمام ایسے کرایہ دینا بند کر دیا ۔ اصل کرایہ اس سے 70 فی صد کم تھا ایک کڑور 20 لاکھ کا بنا بنایا دفتر جس کا کرایہ بلڈر خود ادا کر رھا تھا وہ ایک لاکھ کے قریب دیتا رھا۔ اس کا اصل کرایہ 30 ہزار سے کم تھا

Yaar property or any commodity rises only due to investors and there is nothing bad for economy. Yes plots may become stagnant but construction prices going higher and higher and with low prices no one going to construct high end housing societies

Are 18 lacs development charges on 37 lac plot justified? Some developers in connivance with Sindh government are doing this in Karachi. Although, 37 lac rupees plot is not selling for 33 lacs. The developer is forcing the buyers to pay the development charges otherwise, you will not get the possession of the plot.

Sir please also make a video on new system in Pakistan. Developers offer 25-30% down payment and get possession of the completed house, then pay rest of the amount in installments residing inside that house. Is it scam or there are some real people doing this business due to loss in other projects? Thanks.
