In this video, I unbox and install the low cost, high quality ​⁠‪@Macy-x4v‬ 270 degree awning on my Toyota 4Runner. Also, I use mounting brackets from TopOak that allow you to mount this awning directly to the side of your RTT instead of mounting separately to the roof rack. Mounting the awning higher on the rooftop tent allows more clearance for a Toyota 4Runner hatch.
I want to point out that the awning works with the 4Runner because it is mounted 3-4 inches higher on the rooftop tent than it would be mounted to just the roof rack.
