I’m a long time vegan, maybe I should say old granny vegan! I am rarely impressed with vegan cooking videos, especially the ones that are over produced. I come for the recipe, not the movie 😂. I do an apple tart on puff pastry and I brush on apricot preserves on the top (I heat the jam in a small saucepan to liquify it first). So delicious! Going to have to try making small ones like you made!!
