I copied your setup in a sidexside with no windshield;; works great thanks for the info. Here is my experience. i found a four person intercom on Ebay and brand new RA200 head sets on sale. Total bill $220. Communication went from a 4 to a 10 when stopped; went from a 0 to an 8 upto 30mph, and to a 7 at 50+mph. All of this is talking softly into the mic. The VOX stays on from the wind at 30+, but is not a problem. This engine and wind noise is greatly muffled, and im able to talk to my queen while riding. Love the serup.

I want to hook up to my gmrs radio in my sxs but looks like I need a female 5 pin xlr to duel 1/4 female and can’t seem to find that configuration. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you adapted this for use with helmets? If so, are you using an adapter, or high impedance ear buds?

What do I look up to find the intercom and headsets? I can't seem to find that system. Really want to get this for my rzr. Any response will be appreciated. Thanks

so there are a few different manufactures. flightcom, avcomm, pilotusa or any airplane comm. system then you just need the headsets and as far as i know all the aircraft headsets use the same jacks. I just search aviation comms or airplane comms and they come up.

Would you be able to plug in a helmet System with this set up?

it would depend on what helmet system. If it's a rugged i dont believe there's an adapter. If you use one with a more standard plug then you might be able to find an adapter. or possible take a part one of these headsets and see if you can put it in a helmet.

i had to order one. I believe it was a usb to 5.5mm barrel jack.

I believe you can it would just be a matter of finding the right adapters to connect them together. The extra connectors on the left on the thumbnail are for audio in and out so you should be able to use those.
