The first one butt bolt nevea! And last chair while it looked nice the soft cloth overlay ended it for me and a lot of people. You know us well. How did you know I need you gaming chair as well?! 😱

I actually like it better than my $400 AKRacing and Nat likes the AK better so we're both happy right now. The Fuqido just has a nice built in lumbar support but it's not too much like the extra pillow is so I use it without the pillow and still get the back support I need. What do you think of yours so far? Mine developed a squeak but I re tightened the bolts and it went away. Honestly you always should re tighten bolts after the first month or two anyways.

@@jaybratt really like it so far... Similar comfort to the really expensive chairs that are in the control rooms where I work. They're really expensive because they're sat in 24/7/365. No issues with it, seems well built, and solid. The only negative I've found with it is the arm rest, they're a little too firm and swivel a little too easily. But other than that I'm satisfied, especially at $149 on amazon when I ordered.

@@0351marinemike that's a good price! Yeah I mentioned that in the review that I had two different mechanisms for my arm rest which was odd. My akracing arm rests also move too easy in my opinion though.

I use an unknown brand second-hand office chair that has lasted me at least 6 years and cost me a whole $50

Is it comfortable? If so then great find. I have some chairs that last forever .. but they're not comfortable lol

I have an AtomGT chair. No, I hadn't heard of them either. I've very few complaints - Pretty average gaming chair I think. With all those chairs, you should give one to chair-ity.

Aren't office chairs just objectively better

There has been a big movement in the gaming industry to office chairs as a more "adult or professional" choice. I have never used an office chair for editing but my unboxing chair is a "nice" office chair and I wouldn't wanna sit in it for hours. It's the same chair design that Nat used to use for work and she's using a gaming chair now too and prefers it. I'm sure many office chairs are more comfortable than that one but it was a $300 chair and the gamer chairs I've used seem better. I think it's down to a test of each chair and I've never owned a premium office chair ($400+). I think a lot of expensive gaming chairs suck but a lot of office chairs also do so you have to find a chair that suits you best and price may or may not mean it's quality.
