I will never understand a safety leading with the helmet to "tackle" vulnerable receivers... it's like an ingrained tactic and idk how the league gets them to stop. 9 times out of 10 you will see a safety jump or lean into a defenseless receiver, leading with the helmet... and idk if it's an issue of player safety or getting them to stop but it always seems so intentional with the taunting and celebrating afterwards... like yeah no shit you just blew that guy up, he was looking away from you trying to catch the ball and you smacked him from a side he couldn't see...

Every week, I’m shown again how bad defenders are. It’s not hard to you know… not use your damn head to tackle. Just wrap a nigga and call it a day. You see your teammate make a hit, you do NOT need to follow up. People are going to argue, but I promise, your entertainment is not worth people’s health. It doesn’t take a shot to the head to stop forward progress.
