They also have pads on that are meant to withstand full speed impacts from a 200+ pounds body so the punches literally aren’t felt much. It’s one thing when it’s a non pad sport and ur just getting punched directly in the face

NFL need to fine players for throwing their helmet. Sorry not sorry the NFL after FINALLY recognizing concussions as an issue spend almost a billion now to develop proper helmets. Throwing them at the ground removes the benefits added from the helmet. Seriously players need to stop being so animated on the sidelines. Your 21+ not a 15 year old going through puberty anymore. Frustration is okay but letting it get to you to decrease your own safety is stupid.
