Thanks for watching! Wanted to say that if you main dual swords, you will of course do much more damage if you put your points into heart instead of dexterity. Also just so I don't confuse anyone you will have to keep the Kingo's sword equipped for the set bonus, so you can't equip both Kusarigama and Dual swords at the same time. You will have to swap them out.

Awesome videos: helped me get going again after finishing 1st playthrough and lost interest when NG+ appeared much too hard *with poor gear*. I thought I had a good Kusagirama with Water damage, but this video made me reroll all the stats. It took a long time, with many save scums, but I ended up with: -Fam dam: A -Lightening Damage (weapon): 48% -Close Com: 13% -Weaken Melee: 22% -Lightening: +15 I am going to reroll Close Com to High Damage, but gave up for now. My main tip is that Weaken Melee works really well. It procs almost instantly and makes most enemies hit with wet noodles once proc-ed... I also seem to have gotten lucky with my Onikiba having one more stat... (lightening damage 48% (weapon)). I do prefer Tengen Kujaku over Kara-Jishi, since I proc extraction Amrita gain for helmet +Attack anyway, and I'd rather just evade and hit quick-high repeatedly instead of using a Skill, but that's really just in the details. Oh and I like Tengen's Enemy/Kodama sense, since I am not yet familiar with all the new areas.

Kingo+tatenashi will do more dmg since it puts you just over 30.1 weight which increases ur ccd by ~10%. You should also switch to narukami or shiranui.

Also, does that 30% soft cap for ccd count for yokai ccd? and they don't count human, yokai, and regular ccd all in one right? Do you know the loss in percentage after 30%? How do you gt all this info? I guess you could watch numbers/playthoughs of yourself and calculate numbers, but still, this is all amazing technical information. I think I speak for the entire community when I say this, you are probably the most helpful youtuber, I always go to your feed. Thanks for what you do, hope you're able to make a little from it :D

how about a 1.08 build that includes the other weapons like odachi, axe or katanas? Everyone and their mother uses either dual swords or kurisama (however you spell it). I would love to see a good build for the other weapons.

That was badass, man! I don't have to change shit! I am running most of that from the past, I just need to reroll some of my gear. Then I could go through way of the demon and farm for other builds I have in mind, like a Dual Katana Wind build with One Eyed Dragon armor with Master swordsman or Kinko. I am 50 levels, away from your level, I can farm that on DKR the old way in Way of the Strong, need to do it like 50 times, I get 120 million each run, but meh. Hahahaha!

Say, what is that one buff at the beginning of the vid where the character leans back in a semi rage-roar? The only clue I seem to it's use is the sword buff symbol at the upper left that filled up when the rage-roar animation took place. Thanks

Hey Tracerbeast can you (or anybody) help me out. I thought that 30% is the perfect stat for attack damage and once you go over that it scales back. I checked the status page and my final blow (killing strike) damage is 54%! (Not really sure how that happened) Do I need to bring it back to 30% for it to be ideal and what happens when you go over 30%?

I wish people stop putting uninteresting builds online, I don't want fucking kuri builds every upload. Also the YM talisman is so annoying to see. Powerful but not something needed on everything ever. There is so many "build" related ones you can get. Ranged weapons tend never to be optimised.
