Today I'm taking a look at the Bugha LED gaming headset stand from Five Below. This $10 headphone stand not only has RGB LED lights, but it's also a 4 port USB 2.0 hub. As an added bonus, I also take a look at a $5 headset stand that Five Below carried not too long ago but then discontinued rather quickly.

I was worried about buying the stand since I’m running out of outlets but that little USB port is so helpful. Thanks 🙏🏻 Edit: I can also say that the mouse pad was definitely worth $10 and looks really nice but the control panel can delay in changing the colors a bit

Hey i just bought the stand, and I was wondering if i could either use the colors of my choice, or turn it off completely. Is there a way to do it?

The Bugha is really a decent headset stand with it's 4 USB 2.0 ports. The first thing I was looking for when installing the stand was a way of turning off the LED lights but no such thing... if the PC is on the LEDs are always on which can be quite annoying at moments...

Kind of weirded out by this thing. Had it plugged in to my laptop with an external hard drive through it, and my computer started beeping until I unplugged the stand. Have you had this problem, if you're still using the stand? EDIT: It was the external drive. I guess the hub can't put out enough power to satisfy it. Thanks for the review!

In the Bugha instructions booklet, it says to unplug when not in use. Kinda inconvenient and begs the question; why?

Sadly can’t charge my phone but I’m not complaining it’s still a really good phone and headset Stand when it’s plugged in and my headset and mouse are plugged into it the RBG is exquisite I stay up so late just gazing lol 😄

unplug it then plug it into the usb hub on the headphone stand. you will thank me later

Quick question but how stable are the stands? The bugha one looks pretty stable but I've had some stands fall over when I've put a heavy headset on them before so just want to check

The Bugha stand is definitely the more stable of the two. The cheaper one can tip relatively easily (still requires a bit of effort), but the wide base on the Bugha does a great job keeping it upright.

Make sure to plug the things to the headset stand or they will not work I think

Bugha stand is decent. Love the RGB for workstation. Preferred to change the lights to color coordinate. The USB does work to light up my wired Eksa RGB headset which looks really nice all lit together, but a bummer that it comes with a phone stand but can't charge the phone?! Then really what's the point? The box mentions charging but doesn't charge, so false advertising. Almost broke the hinge also in thinking that it moved. lol

If you're getting the Bugha stand for a bedroom... Don't. That light will keep you awake! For 10$ you'd think they'd be able to put a power control button. Other than that, love the stand though. Can stand and charge my phone with it. Haven't tried any thumb drives or anything to see if there's any issues with that yet.

@@oobugn5957 yes they do. But I only connect my mouse and keyboard to the ports, idk if they would work with phone charging (is that what you're doing?) I haven't tried but I guess the charging rate is low to nonexistent.

@@oobugn5957 Yeah USB ports don't charge phone as fast as wall chargers. I'm not savvy enough to explain it but you can google search to get answers. There are many well-explained ones.

I bought this stand just for my headset and 4 ports to connect my devices. I didn't plan to charge my phone with it so it's working well as expected for me. I use a laptop so I don't have many ports (only 2,) but thanks to my cooling pad and now this stand, I have 6 ports to use.

Those lights, only way I know to turn them off is completely cut off the power from my PC. So if you want a headset stand that you can turn off the lights definitely do not get this stand. After 4 months using the stand it is driving me crazy and I am looking for a new stand ...

Maybe that person got a faulty unit, because all of the ports work just fine for me. They're even proper data ports, not just power.

Same here. I was wanting the usbs to work. I haven't tried plugging up to pc for the drivers. Has anyone tried this to see if that fixes it. Dont see how but justing asking

I got it and is absolute trash, leds are too bright and you only have 1 color preset. I'm not returning it only because I needed a headphone stand but if you are like me just buy one without led and save some money
