In this video I show you step by step how to fabricate a complete Harley Davidson Chopper frame on the CHEAP!
I built this frame for a chopper show in Australia called Born 2 Lose, this frame was a raffle prize and was given away on the night to a lucky winner.
Special thanks to my buddy Joel for help designing and laser cutting all the parts you see in this video!

Phil I could watch you fabricate and build 24/7 your a bad cat. I like how much attention you put into contact patches and welding surfaces. I did all the fabrication on my dirt race cars when I was younger. Everyone would tell me I over did it but I learned from my dad and his favorite saying was. You don’t want it to fall off do you. I have always followed that game plan. One of your shitty American welder fans but you talk funny. Love you brother can’t wait for the next video. Take care and stay safe.

50 minute mark. Put the plate on the bottom side and left gravity do the rest.

Gravity doesn’t stop the piece from pulling when you tack it 👍🏻

I was hoping for some advice, I just got a pan Shovelhead w/ super E carb ,...should I be trying to run non ethanol gas in this old bike

Super E in my opinion is THE MOST overrated carb there is. Just run the highest octane fuel you can get and read your plugs now and then to make sure it’s happy

What about the drive side joggle to clear the chain?

You don’t need it. Chain clears fine without it.
