Very great... Sound like a good plan and I'm excited what the next vids will look like and what they contain. Though I am doing quite ok with my workouts, I often find some new approach in your videos. Oh, and yes - nice music choice! :) All the best to you and thanks again.

Ring dips is just so superior nor normal dips. It hits the chest incredibly well!

He talked about the rep range here, kzfaq.info/get/bejne/btyGhdFeqta4gIU.html in my experience, a mid speed works the best, and doing slow speed atthe las 2 or 3 reps to focus as much as possible in the muscle

You usually want about 40-60s of TUT. Considering this with the standard 6-13 hyperthrophy rep range your reps should take about 4-6s each. A little faster/slower then this is definitely no problem. I usually use slower eccentrics and explosive positives on most excercises wich seems to work quite well
