Depending on the energy output, you might be able to convince them. Though I imagine that any dam that would produce an appreciable amount of power would require getting permission from the city, which they would tell you to get bent.

8:55 Those walls will be supporting tension loads. That actually took the load of the water swirling around inside without the walls bursting?? I didn’t know brick and mortar could do that with such thin construction. Would probably have used fiberglass, steel or plastic myself.

hydroelectric power plant with two powerful generators.... how do you define "powerful generators"? When seeing these twi mini-generators I only assume they provide maximum 100W each. And to drive them by a height difference of about 1m you need at least 30-40L of water per second. ano you provide us more specific electrically data please?
