Good to see new kits coming out. I’d buy a kit over rollers and RTR’s any day... which is why only 4 out of my 35 cars aren’t kits.

I want it. To me that grey looks SO much better than orange/black. Plus you can dye it! Happy to see the 2 speed included as well. Hopefully people will give this thing another look. It had a tough launch.

I had alot of fun building mine , I and a smaller esc and motor in didn't like so put a Mamaba X and 1406 motor and this flys also put bead locks on stock tires only running 2s now going to try 3s !!

Bought the orange rtr ryft after waiting for the kit. I really like mine. Too many people think this thing is a basher. It’s great at its intended purpose.

Look like a very nice kit comparing to the RTR version. At least it comes with the 2 speed transmission, the trailing arms aluminium plates and the mostly needed sway bar. Really wish Axial has included these parts on the RTR version as the RYFT RTR is not cheap. I wonder when the official Axial RYFT sway bar will be available in my country, really looking forward to it as running 4s is really unstable at the moment and I am speaking on behalf of all of the RYFT owners.

Nice build Greg. I have bought both coloured RTR RYFT’S.I couldn’t decide which colour I liked best, so l bought the orange and the black one. I’m glad they finally released the kit build version. I’ll be looking forward to getting that and doing a build version of the RYFT that’s different from the RTR version. I watch your KZfaq channel all the time. This is awesome, just what I wanted to see. I'm excited to get one. I like the cage on this one.

Oh, I have also noticed they have not included the pivot balls for the 2nd slot at the bottom of the front suspensions. And for the colour scheme, I think it will look very cool and different if you dye the cage to Ironman metallic red and the body panels to matt gold, just a suggestion.

Nice a kit, but all the development with the hobby still the only company that had a stab at no horrible steering servo either on the chassis, sort of acceptable but servo on the axle I really dislike and Capo's cable steering was out there but works, takes a bit to set up and needs regular maintenance but come on out there do something NOW, it would be such a HOT sales point and would get me putting my hand in my pocket more often.

Would look great black chassis with outlined drivers , leave clear panels with multi color leds. Color changing while driving.

I was disappointed with the Ryft. Sold it and bought the Corally radix 4. It’s £150 cheaper, miles better made and loads more fun to drive. 👍👍👍

Awesome a builders kit I've been waiting I ran my buddy's rtr it needs sensored brushless for my preference, do your RC DRIVER logo with a hill in the background on the body panels, you mentioned dipping the cage in dye do you have a how to video? great product release thank's for always being precise 😉👍

A hobbywing 2600kv 550 motor and esc combo has huge power.

I'm pissed that they have released this kit with diffs and spools but they're not available anywhere to purchase anywhere for guys that bought the rtr months ago. We are stuck with epoxy for diffs. Hopefully the new ones are a heck of a lot better than the ones that come on the rtrs.

Why doesnt it come with a motor and servos and stuff ? So you can build it then just put in a battery and ready to go

Great video, This thing looks awesome. The only this the bothers me is the servo on the axel. Just the look of it. When i get it, im going to figure out how to hide it more.

Would speculate the rear trailing arms are probably compatible with the RR10 Bomber arms, if so there are tons of upgrade options. The need for the sway bar reminds me of the RR10, almost useless without it. Got rid of my RR10 and built a Capra, much better truck.

the Ryft is 1 problem after another. like the first gen wraith. the plastics soft and strip out easy. As an experienced RC enthusiast I do Not recommend this to anyone.

exactly the kind of untrustworthy FAN BOY Shite that made me Unsubscibe from your Channel. My GRYFT has sat idle for 2 weeks now because the Diffs have failed and there are no replacement parts and no locker spools. You cannot be trusted for an honest review.
