This routine will guarantee glute growth🍑🔥
TIPS: Be mindful or your movements - muscle mind connection. It’s integral you use your mind to properly engage & contract the muscles you are working on. Slow the movements down, stay in the burn and embrace it. Focus on what your body is doing. And think “belly button in” to engage the core. This will help support your lower back. To keep your core engaged, concentrate on pulling your belly button in towards your spine.
WARMUPS - Squats 3x20 reps
WORKOUT -
• RDLs - 4 sets, 8-10 reps
• Bulgarian Split Squats - 4 sets, 10 reps
• Seated Leg Curls - 3 sets, 10-12 reps
• Seated Leg Press - 3 sets, 10-12 reps
• Cable Glute Kickbacks - 4 sets, 12 reps
If you’re a beginner, start off with a low to no weights and a higher rep rate, & build from there. Form and technique is key in these movements so it’s better to nail your form before increasing your weights.
