OMG!! I've been wanting this puzzle too, and I want it even more now. The fact that you can rearrange the birds just blew my mind. I love it, that's an amazing idea.💜💙💚❤🧡💛

Very beautiful! I enjoy Unidragon puzzles. I have 3, shining fish, panda, and the chameleon. I do enjoy wooden puzzles

I love wooden puzzles, I have only made puzzles from Wentworth . I love there extra difficult puzzles . a wooden puzzle so unique to make, the smell of the wood

I have done two Wentworths, they really are lovely - I loved Unidragon equally as much. You’re right, there is nothing quite like a wooden puzzle 😍

Hi Vicky, we’ve done a unidragon puzzle (waterfall) it was beautiful. We love the changing parrots and that makes it just a little bit more interesting. My sister has done this one (lives in UK) and has it actually framed. It looks fantastic. Great video as always. Happy puzzling from your Oz followers. Mark+Chris🇯🇪🇦🇺

I have two Unidragon puzzles - Shining Fish and Planet Earth. I've only done the fish one. I loved it. The colors are just incredible. I really like the experience of building a wooden puzzle. It's a bit different with how the pieces fit and how they pull apart a little bit. I will build my other one at some point. I think I'm saving it for the right time. Agree with everything you said in the video, I think Unidragon is great. The only little thing is the box. I wish the lid secured better and there was a little more space. I like to put the pieces in bags so they don't spill everywhere if you knock a box over. There wasn't space in my Unidragon box to bag the pieces, and then the lid just sits on top. I have that puzzle safely put away so it doesn't get spilled.

What a beautiful puzzle! I love all the vibrant colors and especially the whimsy pieces. It’s amazing to see what puzzle companies are doing with laser-cutters these days.🙃I haven’t done a wooden puzzle yet. Do you think it might help the pieces be less “slidey” if you put a large piece of felt down on the puzzling table? On the other hand, it might just make it too hard to move chunks of the puzzle around. I might have to experiment... Happy puzzling!🧩

Thank you! I do think it would make it less slidey if there was felt, but the thing with that is, sometimes there needs to be some movement in the pieces because the neighbouring piece does always just slide in, you have to be able to jiggle it a bit, if you see what I mean. Definitely would be worth experimenting though 🤣

Looks gorgeous! A question for your consideration: my local library bought a 9k Ravensburger puzzle and have set it up in a corner. It's a fun idea, but it's an image of like, ships on the ocean I think, very few different colours and they've spread out all the pieces over the table they have, but it’s basically impossible to do any sorting since they don't have any trays or boards or anything, and it made my wonder the following: at what point is a puzzle too big to build without sorting, and would it even be possible for random passersby who maybe place a couple of pieces at a time to complete a 9k piece puzzle? I was planning on spending a few hours when I can in December but who knows how many others will make that effort, you know?

Really? A 9k puzzle set up in a library?? That’s awesome! If it’s the puzzle I think it is, then it’s the Battle of Algiers. That puzzle would be a very difficult sort. It looks great, but as you say, not a great variety of colours. I suppose you could do ships, sky and ocean, but even then they’d be pretty large piles. I can’t imagine mixing a puzzle like Algiers!! I think the answer to your question depends on the puzzle. Russell from Puzzling in 2 Worlds bought a used copy of Wildlife, which had been mixed - all 10 bags. Obviously a sort of that magnitude is a mammoth task, but given the image I think it can be done. There is another KZfaqr who also mixed the 42k Around the World puzzle - again, a monumental sort, but doable because there is so much going on in the image. Bigger than that and I think you’d be better off having an army of puzzlers working on it to share the load! Maybe taking a few sorting trays with you would help? Or perhaps mention to the librarians that a stack of trays would be handy?

I'm very impressed with that puzzle. The colours look so vibrant and bright. You can tell they've put a lot of thought and time into designing it. BTW I've started the 9000 piece Magic Forest Dragon puzzle and the size of the border is blowing my mind. What have I done to myself lol

@@Vickymakesandbuilds I'm finding it challenging but still enjoyable. I'm working on both sides at once but haven't officially mixed the pieces together yet like I had planned. I've barely gotten past the border and it's already slow going, so mixing the extra pieces sounds like a bad idea. I know at some point in going to mix them together but right now I'm too intimidated.
