Today I'm building an awesome 1080p gaming PC for $679 with the hopes of flipping it for a profit! "Build N' Flip!" is a series I'll be running for the foreseeable future as I attempt to build budget PC's and flip them for a profit! In the process I'll show you different PC's at different price points that you can build for yourself at home! The plan is to try and flip every build on the channel so I can quit my 9-5 and open a PC shop, lets see if I can do it!

Yeah I was messing around with it yesterday and decided to have it reflect the budget rather than the cost. Seems to have driven up engagement on the video as well so that's a plus! 😁

a bit unrelated but grew up with no pc or laptop that belonged to me personally, mom had a work laptop for excel and stuff like that that i wasn't allowed to mess with haha. later got a pretty powerfull laptop for uni and then realised i could actually run games on it so i got really into single player games. it's getting outdated now so i'm looking into building my first pc and i feel really intimidated by all the different things that i need to take into consideration for that thing to even start😪 i liked how you narrated what you were doing and showed how you did it, good luck with the channel!

And trust me I felt extremely nervous when I built my first system but once you get into it and watch a couple videos while you do it, eventually it gets easier! I believe ya can do it bro! I have same spec cpu and gpu for 6 months now I upgrade it 5600x and 6700 XT. I love am4 socket. Anyways that build is awesome and no issue for years to come.

I bought a similar system a few months ago at the same price point. I think its really worth that extra 20 bucks for that 6650xt. I have been running it on 1440p and it is running like a beast. I also feel 32 gigs of memory is appropriate for this price point. As for making up for the added cost I think getting a cheaper motherboard would do the trick. I still think this is a great build and you obviously did a good amount of research to find this combination! Keep it up.

@@acanadianmoose588 yeah the 6650XT is definitely a better grab considering it’s only $20 more but that wasn’t available when I was putting the build together on Amazon unfortunately 😭 BUT for 1080p the 6600 gets the job done pretty well! And 32GB is certainly better for high workloads like if you were doing some content creation/studio stuff but when it comes to just using it for gaming 16GB tends to be a pretty good sweet spot and went with this motherboard because it came with some pretty cool features including the wifi for only like 15 more than something like a B450M. I think I’ll use the 6650XT in a future build and see how the systems compare! Thanks for watching btw and leaving some feedback! Really appreciate it! ✌🏻✌🏻

I just built a ryzen 5 5600, radeon 6700 xt for $600. I used a corsair RM750e and an MSI PRO motherboard. New NZXT case, 1tb gen 4 m.2. I didnt cheap out and im still $100 cheaper than you, and thats with much better performance. That APEVIA PSU is a piece of shit, dont tell people to use it.

Solid build man and awesome you were able to get it built for $600. I'll have to look into doing this configuration for a future build. As for the PSU, most of the reviews I have been seeing are a few years old now at this point and haven't seen any recent bad reviews about this one specifically, only ones saying its solid for a budget PSU but I'll keep my eye on it and look into some alternatives going forward! Since the 5500 is PCIe gen 3 locked i would reccomend saving money and purchasing the asus prime b450m for $74 and for rgb ram T-Force delta rgb for $35 would be my choice

I used that board in a previous build but was looking for a board that had Wi-Fi/Bluetooth and this was the cheapest one I could find but your absolutely correct, it would be a better option to save money and lower the budget needed! And I honestly just really liked the look of these ram sticks and had to get em but the T-Force definitely would have sufficed! Thanks for watching and leaving a comment btw bro! 😁

Yea no problem! I loved the video and the build looks nice! Wifi and Bluetooth really skip my mind bcs I have ethernet and use 2.4ghz usb dongles for all my peripherals, but I do see how useful wifi and Bluetooth are. If I was building a system (that isn't the one I already own) those ram sticks would def be an option, they look great and perform great. (Btw I was the one who messaged on Facebook marketplace)

Enjoying the build videos for sure! Compared to a lot of the other builders that kind of gloss over the build with a lot of cuts in video. I am looking into building a pc (mostly as a practice run) I have a spare case N21 Thermaltake and a GPU, MSI 1660TI. Any recommendations as to CPU and motherboard? I don't want to overkill other things, just want to build something decent. Any help is appreciated!

Truly glad you enjoyed watching and that you found it helpful in anyway! 😁 And as for a motherboard/CPU combo I would grab a relatively cheap AM4 board from Gigabyte, MSI or ASUS (boards I've used in the past and recommend!) and then I would try to get my hands on a used Ryzen 5 3600 or its 'X' variant which a lot of people found to pair pretty well with the 1660ti. Check eBay or Jawa for some used parts! Hope I was able to help ya man! 😎

I think its happening during the exporting process so gotta mess around with some settings because the actual footage I'm using isn't nearly as bright.. but yeah I'll try and have it fixed for the next one! you just almost build my pc i use a rx 6600 and ryzen 5 5600 with 16 gb for my gmaing rig my streaming pc i use a ryzen 5 3600 and gtx 1080ti and 32 gb ram

I've built a PC with a ryzen 7500f and a 6600xt for 200k pkr which is around 700 usd. Idk why you are getting these components for the same budget.

Hey, thanks for watching and leaving some feedback! I guess it depends on where your sourcing your components from. I mainly find my parts on Amazon where both of those components would probably run me (getting them new) about $600 USD alone.. leaving all the other components still on the table. You can build the rig I built in this video for around $600 taking away some of the RGB components/more expensive parts which I did mention in the description if you want to check it out! Again thanks for leaving your comment and I will try and get my hands on those parts for a future build! 😁

Hey! Thanks for watching the video! As for the windows key, I grabbed it off of VIP-Scdkey. Hell of a lot cheaper than over $140! It was a Windows 11 Home install and cost me about $17 I believe. Highly recommend going that route if your looking for a key! Hope this helped! 😁

I actually have a $850ish build coming up in my next video BUT its still on the AM4 platform. Still a solid option if you wanted to go AM4 instead and still get some solid modern gaming performance. Otherwise I do have a AM5 platform build planned for a future build but comes out to around $950. Not sure if you're willing to wait for that video to start your build though as I wont have that out for probably a month or so unfortunately .. unless I start making some sales on these builds! I need to replace my cpu and motherboard but budget been tight,im thinking of getting a ASUS TUF gaming B450M-pro paired with a ryzen 5 5600g then later on buy a decent gpu,will take a while though

The 5600G is a solid option for an integrated graphics build! And the ASUS Prime B450M is about $70-$80 on Amazon and it’s a solid board! Hope you’re able to figure it out! ✌🏻💯

You could hypothetically use the 5600X for this build but for the price difference being over $50 and not gaining TOO much of a performance boost paired with the 6600, I just went with the 5500 this time around so I could fit in some of the custom additions (Wi-Fi motherboard, RGB ram, performance cooler and custom cables) as I am trying to sell this and RGB and fancier additions tends to sell a bit easier! I have a 5600X ready to go for an upcoming build though so make sure to sub so you don't miss it! Again, thanks for watching brotha! 😎

Thanks for watching the video! I would attribute any stuttering on any of the games to some frame loss due to recording on OBS and for Elden Ring specifically, it probably would have run better overall on medium settings. I'll have to play around with the settings and do a test without OBS running in the background. ✌
