In this video we build the second generation Honda CRX with its rounder lines and larger rear glass. Maybe I have to lay off the close up shots, you can really see the imperfections!!

Wow! I can't believe it has a working sunroof! Awesome build! 👍 I think the bonnet looks great! I've only built one Fujimi - the old Mini - but I have a couple more in my stash. I should put one together some time.

I was looking at that old mini kit today. haha. The Fujimi kits are hit and miss. Some of them are amazing and some make Airfix look awesome. Depends on how old the molding is for sure. This one has been used a lot over the years and is actually a really popular kit so I am sure they take care of the molds. The sunroof is pretty cool how it works. A nice touch.

Well seems the vote that I put out on FB really called for white! haha. Not to worry, I really need to buy like a dozen of this kit and just keep building different versions. I really enjoyed this actually and want to build it again....and again, and again. lol.

Great job on this build. Love this car it’s my all time favorite. I’ll be looking for one. Gotta find my pictures of my SI and build it. There’s no way it had a back seat unless your two foot tall. Lol. Great job!! 🤘👍

The North American version didn't have a back seat, just a storage space. I believe some Europe countries and Japan got the rear seat, which was still tiny! I am a huge CRX fan of both the Gen1 and the Gen2 versions!

Cool build im thinking of getting one myself but dont have a lot of time anymore im wondering how long approximately it took you to make that build

This one does have a little more masking and painting that needs to be done to the body to get the side stripes on it. Likely this would have taken me about 2 weeks but that is putting in a little time each day. For me, I enjoy the process of the build and don't focus so much on how much time it takes me to getting it done. I understand that time restraints are present in many of us, but being able to sit, relax and take my time on something does seem to have its benefits!

Great build! Did you lowered the crx? If yes, how?

I did lower it slightly. I achieved this by just gluing the wheels a little higher on the suspension than normal. It took a little sanding of the wheel attachment to create a flat spot to glue to. I believe J-H Hobby on KZfaq has a great tutorial on how to achieve this.
