as for the 100k one, embarrasingly, i am a "detailed/realistic" builder. i overlap the floors, add sockets, laptops, etc. hope it helps ❤

Tip: use full length wall paintings! They cost about 760 (I think) for 1 wall piece and it would take up a lot of money for the 100k bedroom.

a tip for spending more money is making custom things using structural. They make the builds look more realistic but also cost a lot.

for more pricey things, to fill up a room, ide say make custom stuff using basic shapes and what not, idk if u have 'transform plus', but if u do/were to get it, making custom stuff, its pretty pricey

If I was you I would make the 100k room bigger so that everything isn’t squished up since you have to put a lot of things in there and maybe put an onsweet aswell or a closet (*ik you put one of them but maybe bigger with like a little vanity maybe!*) to fill in the space, hope this helps!! 😊
