Good job Dave. I built a pergola type roof over mine with EPDM rubber roof coz its rated for 50yrs and I don't wanna get back up there again. lol Thanks for vid.

I did look at epdm as, like you say, a huge lifespan and great value for money 👍🏼👍🏼
