Use small rectangular windows in the bottom of the ”corn gun”, so that they slide down easier. (Windows have really low friction) please give likes, as i think this will help a lot!

Or the wide pipes as guardrail (they have very low friction as well) because the rolling doesn't seem to be the problem.

@@lennardnaus9607 the problem is the hitbox of the corn, the corn has a rectangular hitbox, if instead had a cylindrical like the pipes it would work better, but the best way to fix the problem is using less friction material

Now make it fully automatic. Here's how. You would have a rod on a bearing constantly smashing into corn stalks to break it. You would have a woc in a cage with the corn but unable to get hit by the spinning rod so it doesn't get knocked out. It would eat the corn and make milk. then a vacume pump right beside the woc in the cage would suck the milk into a chest. Wola!!! Auto milk. (Disclaimer I have tested this so it may not work)

Maybe it could help making the sides out of glass or netblock because of the low friction, so the corn won't get stuck on the sides and you can watch the co rn rolling from the side.

Little tweak you can do for efficiency: replace the metal ramp with blocks of a lesser friction. IIRC, the metal blocks have stupid high friction, and also, IIRC, the square mesh block (the orange one) has some of the lowest friction out of the blocks currently available. Might help with those pesky stragglers!

What is the point in placing the corn on a wall instead of placing it on the floor for the wocs? This just seems like unecessary work to me.

If the vacume pump let's you place corn you could use it to make the rows of corn and cardboard for you, then a spud gun or saw to break out the cardboard blocks dropping it into the slide..or pen.

you should use a sensor so that it know there is corn there if a corn is there it will automatically go up

Corn Cartridge... Corn Clip.... Make a clip that holds multiple clips... (Haven't watched the vid yet, you probably already did this...) BTW don't forget to rotate which strip you grab - the best milk comes from the freshest corn...

Awesome. Is there a block with less friction that would help the straggler? Probably not totally necessary as it works regardless, but was just curious if a lower friction block would help. Love it though...great to see you back in survival.

Net and glass blocks could work, but ideally, we’d use mesh blocks, which only spawn in warehouses. He can’t those blocks since players can’t pic anything up in the warehouses.

It would be cool, but disturbing if the devs programmed the wocs to show pavlovian behavior: After hearing the corn trough lowering and getting food for a few days, they respond to the sound the same way they respond to getting the food. Even after removing food from the equation, the sound would make them move to the same spot

That doesn’t work. When you’re far enough away, everything despawns. His base, the corn, the wocs, everything. It dosen’t take that long to get that far away from home, either. The woc can’t eat the corn in time.

Could you use a water cannon for that too? Then you just need to put the corn into a container and press a button. You could also make a logic then that fires 3 at a time. I just lost my best (still bad one) car in my world. I parked it and I can't find it anymore. :(
