I couldn't mimic the stablizer properly, and also the game deleted one of my lvl 5 thrusters while placing it so I was forced to quit and cry.

You should've placed the thrusters on where the wheels are. They get more leverage that way. Also reduces the chance of flipping over

Agreed, placing the thrusters at the four steering joints should take pressure off all the other bearings (pushing down from all four corners instead of smushing down in the middle). Maybe you can add a little tilt to mounting bearings for the thrusters, too so they can help push your steering when you’re struggling for traction on vertical or inverted planes

Yea but the bots could break off the thrusters. It’s not too bad of a problem but it’s really annoying, especially if you don’t have a bed and you’re facing tapebots.

You can adjust steering angle with t5 seat. Maybe double wheels will add more traction and separate thruster control in front and back so you can adjust the front angle more than the back when going upside down.

it seems to be flipping from the front, so you could just put a third thruster in front of the seat, which would cost you a lot less than all 4

Moonbo, It seems to me that you need more thrust on the front end to counter the weight so you won't so easily backflip! Also, you need to remember to always extend the height of the wheelbase when pushing over curved pipes --particularly when you're upside-down!

I don't know if you keep a spare tire or not, but I was out farming large stone blocks and didn't notice the farm bot attacking my truck. The next thing I notice I wasn't moving and noticed that little punk broke my tire. I just made it back to my farm for the farm bot raid on it. Then was the awesome run back with a new tire. Now I carry a spare.

I just use rusted metal blocks to lift myself up to reach warehouse roof, there's a lot of it laying around for free, but yeah looks like a good idea you got there.

You can also up the speed to your thrust vectoring. If you adjust the direction of your thrust as you climb it will help you move over obstacles. You should even be able to build a small plane with those 4 thrusters if you drop some of the weight.

Two suggestions. For more traction you should make the wheel arm have suspension as well as the wheels them selves. And you should put the little platforms by the wheels so that they can be pushed down towards the structure giving your vehicle more traction and harder to bottom out.

Its not that you need more thrusters You just have to make the vehicle a smaller footprint and don't use the lift-up function so much. It raises the center of gravity by a bunch and the thrusters are just weakened by it. Hope i could help.

7:25 - its a bit more expensive (resource wise) but if you attach it on a swing arm and pivot the arm ~33d degrees, you can then pivot the engine back 33% you can center it while keeping it symmetrical.

Moombo you need to take off as much as weight you can, you have the cage thingy that is more useless weight, and I recommend you to have less angle on the "high" set up when you lift it up. Bc it brings the center of mass so up that when you climb something you move a lot and go flying OR you can shorten the car bc you don't bottom out that much

Moonbo perhaps in the upcoming future invest in making a controler powered car. It uses no gas or anything and it works so well, i madeone in my world and im never looking back. But i gotta say, you are doing great on this new series! ....... I still cant belive that Markiplier played SM survival...

with your craft bot storage you do not need the pipes, you can change them out for more chests. so long as the ports are in the correct place it works fine

Moonbo i dont know if you noticed but you have not compensated for the higher elevation of the bearings for the steering mechanism making it a lot harder for you to turn in that form.

If you have a level 5 seat, you can adjust the angle of your stearing bearings. Just aim to the bearing, and press U (U it is I think).

very, very nice )) i made something similar, but i used suspension (and 6 wheels) may be this is the key for a good grip i think suspension might be important try ... i have an old video about my creation u can check it out. But you are trying to use as less jets as possible, yea it gives some troubles

If you upgrade the seat to lvl 5, you can adjust the turn bearing settings to turn further.

usually when i want to center objects i use the controler to a pipe bend then rotate to 45 degrees and it will be straight
