So funny seeing someone else fit out a van exactly how I would, fully on the fly make it up as you go. Have done stack of fitouts to work vehicles over the years and its always the last minute stroke of inspiration that gives you the most satisfaction during the working week. When I make a plywood top as such, instead of cross cutting through the middle, I use the two factory edges and measure from a bearing point to get the end cuts. Good work
