A small suggestion. Maybe think about putting your nozzles on the posts for the roof system. Easy to get to. Plus, nozzle tip down keeping water out

Before building anything, plan on fire safety. That fuel shed it’s an armed bomb being that close to your battery shed. Batteries burn, and when they do, it’s devastating. It’s not a matter of if, but more of when a disaster strikes. It can be just as simple as a lightning strike on your solar panels to fry your batteries and you lose your fuel too, and the whole barn..

Seeing as your internet also goes through those cell towers, are you not at risk of also losing your wifi cameras if the cell towers go down? Or do you store your camera footage locally. I think keeping the son of the tanks is a good call. Even repeated heating and cooling of the fuel in the sun causes a risk of losing the lighter components of your fuel, changing its composition.

As a Texan that's roughly the same latitude as y'all. The sun will crack and fade every piece of plastic or paint in just a year or two. That's long before any real concerns water. That said heat cycles in humid environments can cause condensation to form in the fuel. Heat is also very bad for gas causing it to off gas the good stuff becoming less combustible.
