A new build challenge series! I will attempt to make the best house and floorplan in the numbers 1 to 9. The catch? Each number will have a different rule/restriction that corresponds to that number (eg. only 2 swatches in the number 2, only 3 packs in the number 3). I will let you all decide what the rules are for each episode so please leave your suggestions down below!

For 2, maybe you could have a rule where you can't use more than 2 of the exact same item. No more than 2 matching chairs, windows, etc.

An added challenge, they are opposites. One sister is a vamp the other is a werewolf, one is a creative + athletic and the other is bookworm + intellect, scientist and art critic etc

I think for the number 2 maybe the rule could be no items being used twice- no matching side tables, no matching dining chairs, no matching windows or kitchen counters etc. Could be a really fun way to get out of your comfort zone and look into ways to make things more variable and eclectic, the style could be based around the idea that the sim thrifts or makes everything themselves. Other ideas: -Every room has to be symmetrical- two is often associated with symmetry, but rather than HAVING to use the same object twice, you could put the bigger furniture items in the middle and build around them. Complicated to do with a build with unusually shaped rooms, but I think it could be fun. -Every item has to have at least two colours on it, no object can be purely one colour only. Fun excuse to experiment with patterns! -Every room has to be two colours only (as decided by the sims menu categories), but you can't use that colour again for a different room. Like if you do blue and dark brown for the living room, you can't use those colours anywhere else in the build. This one feels like the more evil suggestion, but I would really love to see if you could pull it off because your builds are always so cohesive.

Ooohh!!! What an exciting series!! I’m PUMPED!! I think a fun rule for 2 would be you have to use EVERY item placed EXACTLY twice. So kitchen cabinets, curtains, toilets, EVERYTHING has to be used twice and only twice (I think different swatches could be used though)

I love this build so much it looks so realistic. Like if she went to IKEA to get the cheapest furniture she could find that’s why everything like the yellow tables match and the wacky dining room chairs with the basic colored table. It’s all perfect ❤❤❤

When ur done with every build, you should put them onto each other like an apartment! But since u can’t put 9 floors on top of each other you can do like 2 different buildings! I think it would be really cool if it was like an apartment kind of building🩷 And for the outside of the buildings can be for example number 10!

for number 2, you should do 2 completely different aesthetics- for example, and artsy, hippie painter living with her dark academia, writer roommate. you could even do a random wheel generator for the aesthetics! trying to mix their aesthetics should be really fun! This is such a creative idea! Here are my suggestions- 1: first swatch 2: double trouble- a home for twins 3: 3 best friends 4: 4x4 rooms only 5: family of 5 6: 6th item in each category 7: the 7 dwarves- a room for each gnome available in the sims 4. 8: 8 sims home (max sims) 9: 9 items pre determined before build inspire the rest of the house

Not specifically for number 2 but for all of them: at the end, each house has to lead into one another, so there has to be a linking door so that you can walk from 1 to 2, 2 to 3, 3 to 4, and so on, all the way through them. As for number 2. It has to be two storeys, so you have a 2 on top of a 2 (in any positioning you like!)

Love this concept for a build challenge. For 2 maybe all the flooring and walls have to be 2 toned. Is the shell with all the numbers on the gallery? Also to make the series extra spicy, you have to have the same number of rules as the number. So for 2 you pick 2 restrictions based on the number 2, for 3 you pick 3 rules etc.

I think you accidentally technically did the default swatch challenge, 😅 which is when you don’t change the swatch at all, and keep the swatch the same as the picture, but I’ve noticed that the default picture isn’t _always_ the first swatch, sometimes it’s randomly in the middle for some reason 😅 Also I’m only like 90 percent sure on this, so I might be completely wrong, I just feel like I remember someone saying that it isn’t always so take it with a grain of salt I suppose 😅🤷🏻‍♀️

For #4: Make four rooms. Use only Base Game + one type of pack for each room. i.e: base game + expansion for kitchen. base game + kit for bedroom etc etc. For an added challenge: use the random pack generator. So if you get a pack that has no bathroom stuff, use base game things and decorate with the other pack’s items.

It's great to see a whole series on the number layout. I love that your only focusing on one number each episode. For the number 2 you should try fitting in two people that are twins with opposite styles.

For two you can have a rule of need to use all items only twice in the same swatch and you can only use the same item twice so for example if you want more than two counters every set of two counters have to be a different swatch and once you use those counters in that swatch you can’t use them again so if you want a counter in the bathroom with a separate sink you’d have to use a different counter than what was previously used and you’d have to use two of them for a double sink

For number 2, you could do 2x bedrooms, but the bedroom items have to be the same but different swatches? For instance, could be room mates, the bed you used here from high school years then in the other bedroom, the same bed but in a dark, moody swatch....

You could increase the number of sims living in the build with each number. 1=1sim 2=2sim, etc.

2 levels- one or more platformed rooms, but the platforms have to be at the same number of clicks, so there are a total of two levels within the house.

2- You have to use the same item twice. No more, no less. (Wallpaper not included bc that’d be awful)😭😂 3- Three colours throughout the whole build in every room 4- 4 beds (bunkbed, double bed, single bed and couch fold out bed)

For the number 2, for every room, the budget douples. So, you select randomly the budget for first room. Let's say it is 2000. Then it is 4000 for next, 8000 for the one after that etc.

2 - 2 sims, only 2 rooms, 22222 budget (so kinda like a studio floor plan) 3 - has to have 3 rooms 4 - you can only use 4 packs 5 - has to fit 5 sims 6 - you have to use 6 randomly chosen colors and ONLY those to decorate 7- 7 mins to complete the entire build 8 - 8 of your subscribers choose how you decorate each room, how many rooms, etc. 9 - every room only has 9 items

You have to add the number 0 to this series, the theme for that would be every room is a different time limit. It just wouldn't feel complete otherwise.
