1. Check if you can build Individual Recreation Buildings or single-family residential buildings on your plot. Such an analysis done by an Architect cooperating with HowSmart costs PLN 500 + 23% VAT, this is the most important point on the way to your dream home. If you need to perform an analysis, contact us and we will sign you up for a consultation with an Architect cooperating with HowSmart.
If you want to perform a legal analysis of the plot, reply to this e-mail: I will ask you to sign up for the legal analysis of the plot.
REMARK! You don't have to be the owner of a plot of land to perform a legal analysis with an Architect cooperating with HowSmart.
2. Once you have checked what you can put on your plot, it is time to book a date for building a house. Print, sign and send us by e-mail the contract from the attachment. The reservation agreement gives you a guarantee that the house will be built within a certain period of time, and the reservation fee is already credited towards the construction, it is not an additional burden on your budget.
3. After you sign the reservation agreement, the Architect cooperating with HowSmart will take care of all the formalities of applying for or obtaining a building permit on your behalf, use the "Full Formalities" package, you can also handle the formalities on your own with an architect other than on the recommendation of HowSmart, then you buy the project itself, during these activities the HowSmart house will be tailored to your needs and the conditions on your plot.
4. During the formalities, you will choose packages from our side, we will consult your individual preferences, and after completing the formalities, we will proceed to sign the contract for construction works, this will take place 2-3 months before the start of construction.
5. After completing the formalities and signing the contract for construction works, if you want to finance yourself with a loan, we will help you throughout the loan procedure, you can sign up for a FREE consultation to examine your creditworthiness, and if you finance the construction of your dream house with HowSmart with your own funds, we skip point 5 and go straight to point 6.
6. Start of construction.

Ile lat gwarancji dajecie na części budowli, tzn. na ściany, pokrycie ścian, dach, pokrycie dachu itp.? Jak mogę mieć pewność że dom będzie trwały i odporny na różne zdarzenia atmosferyczne - deszcze, burze, grad, śnieżyce? Wasze domy ładnie wyglądają, ale zastanawiam się jak będą wyglądać po 10, 15 latach w kapryśnej okolicy np. w górach.

Elementy domu sa objete gwarancjami producentow np. Ogrzewanie podlogowe 20 lat, okna 5 lat, wszystkie gwarancje na koniec budowy przekazujemy Klientom w teczce :)
