And I am very grateful for it, as let's face it, when do you not need more storage.
Wether for a garden shed or industrial warehouse, you always need storage. And rackzone have something for all types.
Wish I had of known about this site a few years ago when building my own shed and workshop.
I could have kitted them out with shelving units like these, instead of wasting hours building and fitting flimsy shelves.
This is a very handy site to take note of, as when you do need extra storage, knowing where to get can be the problem.
Plus they have a massive range and the prices are very good. It wouldn't pay you to build your own, when you can buy them here for so little.
The shelves and euro boxes are unreal, you can fit more on the shelves and still have everything organised and easy to access.
The shelves themselves are so easy and fast to setup.
And this is not the only shelving unit they supply, they do loads, from Long span, to deep, to heavy duty and budget units.

The tilt bins here are a compleat unit, but you can also get them on there own, or chose from a few different unit combinations.

The mobile rolling parts bin unit, I will have to buy a chain and padlock for.
Most of the men that come into the workshop to me, looking for advice or parts, are either trades men, mechanics or repair men.
And they ALL want this mobile parts bin unit.
It frees up so much space on the floor that I might now have room for a dedicated workbench in the center for working on miter saws.

This is not a shop you will visit to temp yourself with new toys.

im 52, a chef and I get so exited about storage and solutions. I had my workshop for 10 years and I keep every screw every bolt. love your videos and I love the accent. keep it up

It's an excellent racking system. One tip on assembly is to lean the uprights against a wall and tie them together with a top rail - permanent or temporary. If you start from the bottom you tend to fight with wobbly uprights to get the first bar in. Gravity should be your friend! Only saves a few seconds per bay but when you're putting a lot together it makes the job much easier.

This video made me want to A) Go to Harbor Freight (I'm in the US) and buy their cheap version of that that rolling project cart B) Organise my garage better C) Build new shelves in my garage D) Reorganize my hobby area E) watch more of your videos. I'm probably only going to get E done today though...

I know it's not a priority but man, a workshop refresh/clean up would be gold. Clean up all that black mould/grease, put down a fresh plastic layer on the work stops, clear out old rubbish etc etc etc.

i notice problem with when you get dedicated factorymade shelvs/storage when you have 100% done with installing storade and label everything... THEN you have more room for MORE stuff and need more storage its a never ending circle of evil 😂 BUT you have organized chaos atleast ^_^

I dont exactly have a wall to mount them onto and for screws, bolts and electrical parts I have to do with cheap stackable organizers. For hand tools, Im a Makita guy, but they cannot beat Festool Sortainers systems (which funny enough are cheaper than Makita version of Sortainers; and look way better, plus the name cards spot). Those racks and boxes are a must have for shops.

Im an electrician. Guys always take the piss outta me cause the back of my van is like an advert for milwaukee packout drawers. Every switch socket lightbulb ect i need has its own drawer or box, labelled up, larger bits go into euro totes very similar to your larger bin there. Anytime i get asked "you wouldnt have xyz in the van would you" and im able to tell them, left side of van row 3 5th drawer up from the bottom theyre mindblown and start asking about how much it would cost to do themselves

That door is never clean. The air ling is there, that's where I blow down the machines after washing them. The old grease goes everywhere

Racking fitter for a number of years. Rack zone supplied you with utter shite in regards the shelving unit, the storage boxes are great but you should have got long span racking where the fibre board sits down flush behind the beams

Actually no, they supplied the prefect one for the space I had available. Long span unit simply wouldn't fit. As you can see it's fitted into a fairly tight space. They where very helpful in suppling suitable unit. The euro boxes like you say are very good. Some brands are very flimsy and weak, but these are very solid.

I need these,.. You should ( or maybe not,.) see my garage. What a disaster. It looks like a bomb went off . Stuff everywhere. My wife makes me tie a rope to my leg every time l go in so if it all collapses on me the authorities can drag my body out,or at least find me,..

It's iron on strips so easy to do. Dean may have had return items free, for that reason. Essential that chipboard is edged for longer life. IKEA edges every edge now
