Great video, insightful. Q. Would you modify fin position depending on board size. I.E 6ft vs 7ft placement??

Did you router out just the foam. Or did you glass it already, then router out the holes and patch over plugs? I've been shown to set plugs pre glass......

Fcs Fusion is preglass the older Fcs x2 is post glass

I didn't understand what to do after patching the covered plugs with the fiberglass and epoxy (?) I mean : you got closed holes, so the fins can't fit, right (?) So what do I do ? (I'm sorry if it's an obvious question but I'm new to surfboards and surf in general)

I'm guessing you would cut the slots open with a sharp knife after glassing.

you sand that part until you reach the sticker over the holes
