I love the way the moss looks on it! Thank you for uploading this, I'm building a bench in the woods, since we've got a beautiful trail with a river running through it across the street from me and besides myself there's a few older folks who like to walk their dogs over there, so I thought they'd like a bench. Someone put a tractor seat down there on the ground, so I thought a bench would be a more comfortable option. I wanted it to be all natural though, because I hate seeing people dump man-made objects down there, I've spent a lot of time trying to keep that area nice because it's so peaceful and beautiful. I've never built a bench before and I'm doing it all by hand, chopping my own wood and not using any power tools, so I've been trying to find the easiest way to make sure it can stand upright and this video has given me a much better idea of how to do it better! Thank you!

this is amazing. Sadly i don't know of an area nearby that i could gather branches from to make this. But i do have a number of rather large tree limbs that snapped off in storms. My hope is to try to use it to make chairs and if i can manage to get a saw for the angle arm saw i found in a dumpster. I can maybe split some in half to give a smooth finish to the back and seat. And save me having to hand saw every piece.

If you left enough on the legs to bury into the ground it would grow. Thanks for sharing

How do I tell my overweight friends not to sit on it? Looks like it will collapse asap if someone sat on too hard. If i use thicker branches would it add strength or not really😳?

Do i need willow branches or are there other kinds of wood i can use? thx for this great video can't wait to try it
