processing of your wooden house🏠is amazing👍, I'm also still drawing and designing with help of my friends , it's just a wooden house but very confusing , which is in my design I'm going to build, 4 room and 1 kitchen due to big family 😁 So watching this video also it's give me some idea in my head . This house is awesome. A masterpiece! This would be nice to build in Jamaica. Wood houses are cooler in hot climate. The concrete houses are hot.

It takes trial and error. Went through other drywall crews before finally finding this one. Asking around, etc.

I'm from the Czech Republic (central Europe) I wanted to ask what is the normal room temperature in the USA? At our house we are used to about 21 C (69.8 F). What I have observed is the normal temperature in the countries around: Germany, Poland, etc. I like the American system for the speed of construction and the price, but I have concerns about the insulation. Your winter tends to be much stronger in many areas than here in Europe in the middle zone. Despite this fact, we take care of great insulation and waterproofing of the lower part of the house. This also applies to the thickness of the walls. I would appreciate your knowledge and experience. Thanks. P.S. I really enjoy watching your videos, beautiful construction process!

I’ve considered it but there’s mixed reviews and the cost is a bit higher as well

We used zip for our house, and I wouldn’t use anything else. Even sitting for a year waiting for siding we never had a single leak. It was so worth the slight difference in cost. Zip sheathing is 1,000 times more durable than Tyvek, which tears at the slightest pressure.
