Amen and praise the Lord! What a beautiful presentation! You shared fascinating information that I was mesmerized to watch. You're a good speaker. Your voice and your pace was perfect. You not only provided valuable facts but you spoke to my heart. And how touching it was the way that you introduced us to Steven (Stephen?) and how you spoke of your artisans/workers with such confidence and appreciation. They must love you because I can tell that you are a compassionate boss! Most of all, when you talked about the economical substitution for the wall pillars, you showed how you want to help those who may not have big pockets to accomplish their goals and live their dreams. This is my first time watching one of your vids and I am so grateful to have stumbled across it. And you are SO right. The wall and the house are beautiful! Outstanding and the look of perfection! In recent times a garage is not a necessity. With a spacious compound, I don’t think you need a garage. Moreover there a other structures you can put up to provide shade for your vehicle.

In the cold, you need one, because of winter. In a hot place like ghana, your compound is open, why waste space? I live in the cold have one and still park outside in my driveway. Ghana 🇬🇭 you are always on the move, in and out it's too much!

I believe it’s a personal choice. It is ok not to have a garage if there is space for one / two cars in your compound. You can cover the area with a canopy

@@kaakyirekusiwaa2290 agreed i am going to make an assumption that this person lives in America. Unfortunately most of there houses are built with garages which is used as a dumping space. It's the same when I heard a developer remarked how some one could put a washing machine in their kitchen. One has to have a laundry room
