Nice project! Congratulations! The pivot door looks solid. I will recommend you leave the turn handle in place. Taking it off at this point can be an issue especially if getting the guy to come over is already being a hustle…

Fantastic work. House looking great! Didn’t actually realise you could buy a fully grown palm tree! I have been stressing myself with smaller ones. Where did you get them please?

Beautiful design. Neat work. The pool is fabulous. Your palms in front- they so close to the house, and they arent square/symetrical? Judging by your attention to detail, this will really bother you later on! The front door- removing the door handle is it worth the hassle? You want the carpenter to take the door apart and replace that panel?

Thank you so much! Regarding the palms, they are not that close to the house as it seems. Also I will personally remove the handle and sand it off and re-stain it.

You can buy palm trees in so many places in Accra. Every neighborhood has a plant nursery. Where are you. Find your local places.

Sure, as a minimalist house we went for a low ceiling in order to cover the beams. I believe 260-270cm

@@timelesshomegh I was going to ask this question independently but wanted to read through the comments before asking it, as someone may have asked it already With the 10kva battery backup, can you run an AC in the night? I need a hybrid system and I am still searching and asking questions to anyone who has Solar. Anyways I am envious of your solar. That’ll be my next big spending

Without the handle, how do you intend to open when closed? Using the key? That's going to reduce the lifespan of the locking system. The pull bar alone doesn't look sufficient. Maybe there's another hardware alternative

Right! If is a good lock shouldn’t be any issue. I showed how to open with the key and the pull bar handle purpose is exactly for that; adding the normal handle is an overkill.

@@timelesshomegh I understand your point, but I respectfully disagree. Any locking system will just wear out faster if you use the key as the door handle, especially when it's not designed as such. I have had that experience with my turkey door (solid hardware). With that said, I can see why you would want that minimalist look, this lock is just not designed for that key-only operation.
