Why didn't you do natural grass? Thought once they removed the sand and stones from the compound, you're going to spread black soil to the whole compound to help with grass growth.

Your design is too perfect, I love the upper terrace. Your compound design is very similar to ours. Our gates are on the far left to allow for maximum garden use. Also, you have a fabulous pool deck. Edit- will you build a summer house/ cabana?

Nice project! Congratulations! The pivot door looks solid. I will recommend you leave the turn handle in place. Taking it off at this point can be an issue especially if getting the guy to come over is already being a hustle…

Without the handle, how do you intend to open when closed? Using the key? That's going to reduce the lifespan of the locking system. The pull bar alone doesn't look sufficient. Maybe there's another hardware alternative

Right! If is a good lock shouldn’t be any issue. I showed how to open with the key and the pull bar handle purpose is exactly for that; adding the normal handle is an overkill.

@@timelesshomegh I understand your point, but I respectfully disagree. Any locking system will just wear out faster if you use the key as the door handle, especially when it's not designed as such. I have had that experience with my turkey door (solid hardware). With that said, I can see why you would want that minimalist look, this lock is just not designed for that key-only operation.

Beautiful design. Neat work. The pool is fabulous. Your palms in front- they so close to the house, and they arent square/symetrical? Judging by your attention to detail, this will really bother you later on! The front door- removing the door handle is it worth the hassle? You want the carpenter to take the door apart and replace that panel?
