10Hun genuinely has one of the best teams I've ever seen. Not only are they overall great people, but they're extremely handy too. Imagine just having your whole team be able to do construction, electricals, tech etc. Insane!

It's so inspirational seeing how far you've come! Between you and jazza, you all helped keep my head up when it came to my art. I never got to finish art school, life happens. I write this with zero actual jealousy: YOU are living MY best life! Watching this journey - from almost the beginning - i can't help but remember my day dreams as a young person back in the 1970s. No KZfaq, and no constitutional hustle to make anything happen... but my daydreams then were very close to your reality now! I'm way too old and tired to live this way, but it does my soul good to watch a good person doing it, and bringing us along for the ride! Thank you for what you do. It means more to some of us than you could possibly know!

Only recommendation I'd have is to raise those monitors - currently your eyeline is well above the top of the monitor so you'll be straining your neck to look down at the screen! Your eye level should be about 2 thirds of the way up the screen. It would even help to have them on arms that can adjust vertically so you can move the monitor higher up when using the desk standing up

The new lights bring another hugh bonus: those LEDs aren´t toxic! Those florecent tube (Compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs)) contain small amounts of mercury and this is released if they break.

Great job! When sanding drywall there’s an attachment you can put on your wet dry vacuum that sands and sucks the dust. It’s inexpensive at Ace Hardware. There’s a lot less dust. I’ve been doing construction since I was 11 with my dad. I wish we had the drywall hanger for the ceiling we had to hold them up ourselves while my dad screwed them in.

Hey Peter. I have a cool idea for you. Since the background in the photobooth is hung with cleats, it should be really easy to swap out. You should invite visiting artists to paint a background. Then you will end up with a cool collection, and people who use it can easily pick a background for their pictures!

This is awesome buddy, congratulations on everything. One thing id recommended is getting some sprinkler systems set up if the building doesn't have it. Older buildings man, im just worried about ya bro. Always be a step ahead. God bless you guys. I wish i lived closer, im a contractor and would have helped for free just to get to see this place. I recommended getting a paint sprayer too lol, you'll freakin love it. The one with the wand, not the hand held can type ones. Stay safe bud and you deserve it.
