Looks Great! I love that color! Also the budget for the build at the end is a new layout for the videos but I really like that, gives a good sense of approach if people are wanting to do the same thing to their homes!

Great idea and better than I could ever do. Yet the exposed pocket holes on the frame front of the bottom drawers and the complete vertical line mismatch are a definite design flaw. It seems you are clearly skilled, so that surprises me.

Like the design n idea, absolutely love the color, but I think the upper corner can be utilized as cabbies as well instead just closed off, you can make the door with the special hinges, you can make the corner drawer as well, so the upper, lower cabbies n drawer can line up nicely. Overall good job. Xoxo

Good build! The only concern is that the receptacle that you installed shouldn't be fed from the refrigerator receptacle outlet. NEC code 210.52

It would appear so. Kreg actually sells precut pocket hole plugs. Really wished he used one there bc now that’s all I can see. Brads probably would have also been a viable solution for down there too

You did a great job! I don’t know what people are commenting about the cabinets not aligning because obviously the top cabinets are wider then the bottom ones so there’s no reason for them to perfectly align.

It's called a speed square. It's referred to as a square because it makes corners a square (right) angle.

1:20 if you cut the 2x4 at the top you've got a usable length for future projects instead of 2 halves.

I'm stunned. You seem to be using the same circuit your fridge is on to branch off that to the outlet in your mudroom. AFAIK this is strictly against code--the fridge must be the only appliance drawing current on that circuit. It's dedicated. I completely understand how conveniently located that circuit was, just on the other side of the wall, but I'm 99% sure you committed a great big electrical no-no.

Did anyone else think that math didn’t quite work? Why would you cut off an extra 3/4” if you’re doing tongue and groove? Wouldn’t you add it to your rail? Cause your put the groove in your stile?

I really enjoyed the video, and your content and work is great, however I really wish you would’ve addressed the issue with your math on the rails and stiles. The tongue and groove depth needs to be added to the rail length and not subtracted. This would now result in a door that is 1 1/2” too small, since the procedure was reversed. I imagine you realized that somewhere along the way, but I wish you would have corrected this in the video. It would be a shame if someone watching your video, whose trying to save money by doing this themselves, ended up wasting a lot of money and hours of their time, because of this issue. Especially if they didn’t realized it until they’ve already assembled, prepped, and painted the doors, only to find out their mistake when they try to install them. Maybe an edit would be worth making.
