Just wanted to message since it bothers me how trolls ends up commenting on your work, even though everything on this channel is so well made. Your videos are fantastic, always great projects and workmanship, so beautifully filmed and edited. Thank you for this channel! For the trolls, how about YOU make YOUR own videos the way YOU want it, and we can judge YOUR content? or can you actually even put together a Lego building? It’s easy to sit and complain behind a screen, but look at these two people, building on their own, filming it and sharing their hard work. Anyway, keep up the great work MHC, it’s a treat every single video you make.

Beautiful editing. The story telling of something like this is very difficult to make interesting but this was shot and edited beautifully. Sorry you were sick. Well done Eugenia and the volunteer for pushing onward. Every little bit gets you that much closer to sitting on the couch for real.

Wow. Tons of progress. Machines are totally worth it. It’s good that it rained as it shows you problems now so you can avoid issues with the build.

Wonderful and exciting to see the progress you are making. The weather has a big advantage in that you now know how bad it can get and you can place drains around that side of the house in one go (it will keep the house dryer in the long run and you can redirect the excess rain to areas needing it). Love seeing both your channels ❤

I keep forgetting that they are on their own. Two people facing such a huge project. I wonder if PATREON pays for their sleeping pills, too ... But they've done it once, and they will do it again. Great camera work and editing as always. It's a pleasure that these videos have become long enough that you can eat a whole pizza and and an xxl-portion of tiramisu while watching it. Plan ahead on the water drainage. You’ll want to direct that was flow away from the house. Stone/drainage pipe accordingly.

Just want to say thank you so much for making these videos! You and Eugenia have inspired my partner and I to build our own house. I can certainly relate to battling the elements and digging foundations, although our challenge was with wind blowing the sand we dug out back into the holes. Our house is small, so we dug the foundations by hand and finished them off with shovels and head torches the night before the concreters arrived. We weren't brave enough to pour the slab ourselves this time.

Loving this channel and the build, I’ll have to show my hubby so he can let me use his excavator 😂 he almost had a heart attack the day I put it away in the shed as a BIG storm was coming, I had never used it before nor knew how to use it but I figured it out. Your volunteer is turning on its base. It is a more complex machanism with more lubricationpoints. That needs to be lubricated aswell. Turning your volunteer on its axis will work the lubrication over and into the drivingmechanism and so on. Something like that. Great work you two. You are a lovely couple stepping out of your comfort zone, achieving your dreams. Inspiring manny people. Nice.

You have dug 2 trenches for drainage. Why not put 1 or 2 water tanks and collect the rainwater. Add a filter and you have drinking water. Then you will have a dry foundation and plenty of water for the garden. To protect the house I would put natural stone walls in enough distance from the house that you like.

Amazing amount of work. Have ever thought of constructing a wheeled cart to carry your excavator- it would save time and fuel costs in its movement up and down the site.
