From Flat to Fantastic | Building Scottsdale National: The Other Course

Күн бұрынIn 2013 Bob Parsons purchased the Golf Club of Scottsdale, renamed it Scottsdale National, and hired the team of Jackson Kahn Design (Tim Jackson and David Kahn) to redesign the original golf course. After acquiring additional land adjacent to the club the plan changed, and they decided to build a brand new 18-hole course instead which would eventually be dubbed: The Other Course.

Kaboom baby! Awesome video as always. I remember an older pod with Jackson Kahn. Good to see video to visualize what they were describing. Amazing to see what they did with that land.

TOC is an incredibly interesting course, architecturally that only gets better with time, it may be peak maximalism.

Arizona national in Tucson cost me 95$ to play last month. Scottsdale National costs 30,000$
