Hey guys, I have a pro tip for you. If you wear eye protection when you paint or sand drywall, you can use kitchen plastic wrap to stretch over the lenses. When it gets covered in debris just peel off and replace. It’s much easier than having eyes full of dust and paint. 🤩

Pro-Tip on Paint Machines, clean them really well with fresh water when finished and then even after a year of sitting simply prime with fresh water then switch quickly to a 5 gallon bucket of paint and it picks it up quickly. My other pro tip for you is to use a 6 inch extension on the gun. Really helps with the low stuff not having to lean over. Also there is a 12inch hose extension called a whip which helps with wrestling with long hose that can be very stiff. The whip has more flexibility making it easier on your wrist after spraying all day

Woah!!! Slow down on that sprayer guys. If you run just water through it from time to time make sure you use the blue fluid that is a rust inhibitor!!! Also putting scratch in that ball can lead to poor priming. It wants to be fairly perfect. Use a stiff plastic tool instead of metal. Usually it’s a small dried clump of paint keeping the ball from seating properly.

After vacuuming the drywall dust, I wipe down all surfaces with a lightly damp microfiber towel that I rinse out frequently. Also a vacuum crevice device works great in those pesky corners. USG makes a great drywall primer called First Coat. I suspect it has some gypsum in it and it really smooths the transition from sanded mud to paper. I highly recommend it. It’s the bomb.
