Only thing that puts me off about building a base is how long it takes to get the minimal amount of tools/nails to even get a basic basic base but it does seem interesting and probably easier in a team.

I see alot of people commenting on length and I agree, Id love some videos that are like 2 hours long. Most of my free time is spent with youtube playing while I play games and not having to switch videos every 15 or 20 minutes is a huge plus. I watched a kitboga video of him trolling a scammer for 6 hours yesterday after getting off work and I would love some long videos of you guys, your streaming definitely does that but it's also hard to time it right for me.
