Have you considered a Toolcat? Less capacity than a skid steer, but almost as compact, and it drives like a UTV so it won’t tear up your lawn as much. Plus, I think you can switch the steering mode like a telehandler. I’ve heard they’re slick for mowing ditches too.

My experience is no matter which way you go you will always run into tasks that you wish you had the other choice. The only practical solution is to buy what you believe you'll use the most and buy lottery tickets every week lol. Your place is going to be really nice.

Might as well do a skid steer over a fork lift just put forks on it.

My friends seem to favor tracked Bobcat or Kubota skid steers. No real experience myself but they are contractors that pretty much use them everyday. That looks like it is going to be a nice shed. Too bad you ran into a snag with the pad and floor drain. I'm a fan of the French drain for the floor but there are probably more options that I'm not aware of.

Tractor, skid steer wheeled or tracked or tele handler all have their pro's and cons. If I was you I would keep the 4066R it's the most versatile and the easiest on your lawns. A tracked skid steer is great but they will tear up your lawns like there's no tomorrow (got over 12,000 hours seat time in Bobcat, Kubota and Takeuchi CtLs) a telehandler is a versatile loader but it's just a loader at the end of the no good for much else(we have a Merlo and a Kramer at work)

i would be interested in the E50

and in all honesty all you need is mid sized track skid loader. i always side towards bob cat when it comes to skid loaders
