Use of simple materials, local craftsmanship, and ample greenery are some of the key highlights of this project. The Principal Architect walks through the house and explains how he worked out a unique zoning strategy of pushing out spaces and connecting them through courtyards and passages.

For normal mortal beings it's this project is READ_ONLY. I loved when Hiren Patel said, "for me this house will get complete after 10 years". This shows how an architect should be.

@@arunraj1628 This farmhouse doesn't have a fence or a compound. Look carefully. Don't you think it's not safe? Glasses everywhere. Even tempered window glass can be easily broken these days. A couple with a daughter in this humongous farmhouse is a joke. ZERO SAFETY unless 10s of CCTV cameras and at least 5-6 security guards are in place.

well built. finally we are catching up. Like the houses in America. American new homes are amazing the way builders build them. One thing i am not unable to understand why in indian restrooms they don't separate potty area from the shower area. when you take shower the potty also takes shower and i do not like when the potty area is wet yuk lol

3*/5* maximum glass house there is no privacy , how feel secure , like other counties if we are spend this much on house. For security purpose if we spend one more crore rupees may we can build safe house in same house. I like this house because of greenary., private lacks, plot area around 5 acre its good..🙏🕉️
