Neapolitan switches are pure garbage. I'd recommend MMD princess tactile switches or go with buckling springs which are 10 times better yet.

Hi, I see that you reveiewed both the anubis and cofee chips switches. I've was wondering how the switches compare with each other and sound and feel. I read that both switches are pretty deep sounding, but the coffees have a lighter bump and I like lighter tactiles. I'm using the anubis switches right now, but haven't spring swapped them yet. Is it worth giving the coffees a try or should I just stick with the anubis?

I really prefer the Anubis to the CCICs but they are a bit different. The coffee chips are definitely less aggressive in their tactility but the sound of the Anubis is king to me! I should be publishing a video tonight or tomorrow with a quick comparison between the two (among other tactiles), stay tuned! :D

You should try to incorporate a typing test without and with a deskmat

Hi bob, thanks for the feedback! I’ve been hearing that a lot so moving forward I will be skipping the monkey type test, and doing the head to head typing test: with deskmat, without deskmat, and stock vs lubed and filmed!!

@@MakerMods a great video idea that will get you tons of clicks is a tactile switch round up. Scale them by their tactility, thocc, smoothness, and etc. That what I was always looking for when I was new to the hobby.

@@MakerMods you could maybe find them on the aftermarket for cheaper, but everyone has theirs lubed. But i do like how htey sell the lubed moyu's for less than stock moyu's from any vendor

Sorry about that, I think the mic was picking up all the desk vibrations! I just uploaded pt. 2 and I moved the mic to a separate floor stand so it sounds much better!

Yeah I tried this switch in a switch sampler. It's not that good, save your money and grab some MMD princess tactile switches instead. Just for another roast nothing can compete with buckling spring keyboards. Even my favorite MMD princess tactile switches can't compete.
