That's one good view about the adjustments of bull call spread but in my opinion the bear call spread adjustments are much easier.If our view goes wrong just sell the call with the premium of how much you are losing from the strategy.If the market bounces back you will make even more profit as long as market stays below the sold call

He means if you take trades(can be 100 or 200 or 300) with 56% profit probability over the period of time then what will happen. Different trades with same probability.

Hi...Zerodha not allowing to Buy far OTM call/put, however it is allowing to SELL the same options. Will there be any risk while exiting these positions (particularly far OTM Monthly short strangle). Plz advise..

Superb Explanation. Thank you very much. Please make more videos for people with low premium for investment in options. I also wanted to clear 1 doubt. I know you have mentioned it in your video. Still asking. As we know, we need a huge margin for shorting a call/put. So, during adjustment after we exit the old short option, we will need to enter another short option in bear view. So, do we need a margin of 1L+ for that ? Or same margin will do ? Can you please clear this doubt once.

You need less margin like before as you have open position of buying. You are going to exit only short position so..

In the live example,Q1) When did you close the trade? or you continued with the trade when BN rose back? Q2) had BN continued it to fall, what adjustment trade would you have taken? short 34700CE? if yes, then shorting 34700CE & long 34800CE would be risky, right? coz theta decay for 34800CE will be higher than 34700CE if BN trades below 34600 for some time and rises above 34800 later

Hi bro , i have a small doubt why should we exit our previous CE sell position for adjusting, instead what if we hold that previous CE sell position and sell one more CE as per your adjustment. By end of the expiry we would end up 0 in both leg so why should we leave that 50 in previous CE sell position, we can run that till 0 right?

We don't exit our CE sell position and market revers; it will again go to 395. Huge loss.
